Bluefield_Rules 46 Report Share Posted January 27, 2004 Liberty tried taking the air out of the ball tonight by playing a bit of stall-ball. However, the strategy didn't work tonight despite a sluggish shooting first half from the Beavers and the game ended on a nasty two-handed tomahawk dunk by Dustin Wade at the buzzer. It wasn't Bluefield's best game, but a win on the road over a solid team is positive. It was quite an interesting game from an officiating standpoint, but that's life on the road in small town WV now isn't it...lol Dustin Wade led Bluefield tonight with 18 points, Cloyd Jeffries added 17, and Kenny Bogart chipped in with 13. Bluefield goes to 9-1 on the year and faces James Monroe on at home on Friday night.
