If Lee just sits tight and sees what the VHSL does about going to 4A, things will work out, no need for a law suit or anything. If we go to 4A that will make Region IV a whole lot more flexible as far as forming districts and realigning the current ones because Gate City, Powell Valley, Lebanon, John Battle, and probably JJ Kelly will be AA and VA High will be pushed back up into AA.
