blues_politics 10 Report Share Posted October 7, 2004 im a jv for richlands and im fired up about tuesday night playin in grundy cause everytime last year in my 8th grade year i loved playin grundy! our 8th grade team and grundys 8th grade had both records of 7-1! Lance 228 Report Share Posted October 7, 2004 i don't know much about Grundys lower grades this year...last year they had some good players down there who didn't even get to play, thus they are not playing this year for whatever reason...so I think they only had 7 kids at the first JV meeting they had...didn't really follow it after that...guess they got enough to play some games. I wish the 8th grade team was run more like the varsity team...they win some games but it's not the best set up for the overall program I don't think...but that's just my opinion....which doesn't count. I would say Richlands team has the advantage...I go up and watch you guys practice in the shadow of the varsity guys every now and then...looks like a good team to me.
