BigD4VT 11 Report Share Posted December 5, 2004 This was the best coaching job of Frank Beamer's career. At the end of last season he conducted one on one interviews with every member of the team and staff. He did that to try and identify the problem so it could be fixed. It's Fixed! The entire coaching staff did a great job this year. Stinespring is finally becoming a good OC after taking a lot of criticism the past three years.
