Narrows 77, Craig Co. 53

Nice easy win after last night's great game with James Monroe in Narrows (56-55). I will say that those guys look completely different from last year and the two new coaches are doing a hell of a job so far as I can tell.

 

Narrows is now 5-0 with wins also over Floyd Co., Giles, and East Mont so far. The rest of the schedule looks like this for now:

So far, it's looking like the most talented team to come out of Narrows in decades. All the guys 1-12 can come in-out with little to no dropoff. Perfectly able to run all day and showed in the second half against JM and tonight they can work it to the post with ease if they ran their offense. Another thing that will help them out this year comared to years past is that they have 5-6 people that can rebound very well (outrebounded East Mont 41-22). And judging from the rest of the MED, it's going to be wide open race and don't be surprised to see a team with 3-4 district loses win the regular season race. It's gonna be a shame the MED can't send more than 2 teams to regionals.
