So you can read a lil bit. My fun for 2 days is over listened to GC fans cry when someone talks about Legion Field or them losing. Also, listened to people like you cry about, while just cry in general. So im done trolling this sorry message board of people who just think they are football geniuses.

Any intelligent person would have understood what I was talking about when I mentioned Texas football, which you obviously didn't . So, I wouldn't bet a whole lot partner. Why you seem so mad haha. Let me guess your not mad?

I'm not down of SWVA football. I love SWVA football, im just a realist and don't live in a fantasy land like some of you. There is some good football played in SWVA but lets be honest with ourselves, I wouldn't categorize them as a "gold standard." You clearly think your program is better than it is if you call it a "gold standard." Also, BJD93 thanks for the info didnt know what part of the country i was commenting on. To help your little mind understand what I was doing. The only reason i mentioned Texas, is because that is what a real gold standard program is. Guess I didnt read the message board rule book that says never mention anything but SWVA football.O, and my simple replies aggravating you all that much, is all the more reason to stay. Have nice day gentlemen or ladies, and clean up you language for goodness sakes.

If your talking decades now GC would go behind the two nonexistent schools u mentioned. Rings are gold, I think they set the gold standard. But anubody that knows anything about football knows that there is not a program in SWVA thats a gold standard. Your gonna have to go to Texas, Florida, or places where a teams compete for championships every year, and usually win 5-7 in a row at a time. Thats gold standard.

Never said Gate City wasnt a good program.However, lets be honest with ourselves to call them a "gold standard" is overboard, but lets remember we are talking about GC fans. Like how you put that is still in existence in there because we all know one school that had, has, or however you want to put it more championships than GC. Also, how could you put them above Richlands. Richlands practically beat them head to head the last few years except this year. RHS beat them in the playoffs, and RHS goes deep in the playoffs every year. So, no you cant just put GC as 1 at all. Top 5 definetely i never said a word about their team. This whole thing started about their field.

Just making sure UVAObserver judging by some of your comments I wasn't so sure you did. Thought maybe you thought they were a "gold" standard" like these people from GC that are living in a fantasy land believe. Gold standard i would be embarrased to call any program the "gold standard" especially Gate City. At least have the most state championships in little ol Southwest VA before you even claim your the best at anything.

He forgot to burn it up Saturday. 66 yards, I'd say he didnt even put a lil spark in it. That muddy field sure didnt stop Richlands from throwing the ball all over the field whenever they wanted.

OK? Maybe im not trolling just speaking the truth. However, I do like the whining of the mighty Gate City. Also, I dont put much into a comment from a UVA fan, I mean really why are you on a football message board, do they have football there? Never heard of em.

Just a thought, but maybe they should fire their recruiting coordinator instead of screaming for the OC's head. All the recruits just couldn't get it done. Again just a lil thought.

Not quite Mr. Trailer park man, wouldnt allow a member of gate city anywhere near my part of the city. Good guess tho? Which Trailer Park Boy are you? I love that show it's an honor to talk to one of them.

They represent the colors of each TN school that Gate City recruited a player away from to come play there. Not sure that's just what I was told by a friend.

I mean it is more of a dump than if you are trying to call it " the greatest high school football atmosphere in the state." I mean come on be honest with yourselves. Of course you Gate city people think everything in Gate City is the best, but come on Legion, the best in the state? Thats not even close. The only thing that Gate City has thats the best in the state is volleyball, and let's just be honest who really cares or willvremember volleyball 15 years from now. However, congrats on winning back to back state titles in volleyball.

As far as spreading on 2 different message boards I can't say that I have. Haven't quite gained membership to any other board but the good ol SWVA forum. I did read the post that someone stated some of the same things i did on another board.Hey, I like that guy, great minds think alike.

Not quite jealous buddy just speaking the truth. Wasn't really spreading anything just commenting and stating my opinion on things that had already been said by the fans of GC. Sorry I hurt your feelings guy for talking about your dump. Since you are so upset over that post maybe it will erase the sting of that Tornado that ran or should I say "passed" through on Saturday.

Thanks for that info Bearcat Bob I have been to many games but haven't made it to Louisa County yet. Just was trying to let it be known that ringing cow bells(like 75%) of HS's do, and sitting on the wrong side does not make Legion Field anything even close to a top atmosphere in VA. Also, love how GC fans were complaining because supposedly Richlands was trying to get the game moved to E&H because of the mud, and after GC lost some of their fans mentioned they muddy field as a one of the reasons GC lost.
