I, along with the rest of Unions fans, coaches, and players are focused on getting to the 2A semifinals. Which includes beating Graham. I'm sure Graham is the same way, But if this is a topic being discussed on a message board, why not jump in?

No. It's a reasonable topic to discuss. It's why Union fans feel Graham is undisciplined. Just like I'm sure RV fans feel that way about Union, so on and so forth. But if it's been taken care of, that should be the response.

Union has made many mistakes, and trust me they've been called out on them. I went to school with the seniors on this team for 11 years. They aren't perfect, none of us are. But when the topic is brought up we can't act like it never happened or is irrelevant. Everything that happened in BSG that night was wrong. Just like it was wrong when a Union player flipped off a ridgeview fan this year. Just like it was wrong when Union football players shot off fireworks in the parking lot. (??) Good Grief.

Can Saturday get here any sooner?

Nobody in the locker room is taking them lightly, I can promise you that. They know they have the chance to prove they are the best team in the region on Saturday afternoon. They know how talented Graham is. Back on topic, I think Grahams coach has to be in there. The #2 seed and 9-1 on the year with the only loss on that fumble at the one yard line.

As much as I hate to say it I think the weather will be more of a factor in that than what day the game is played.

I think Union will win because they have a better team. But don't get me wrong, Cooke, Allen, Lester and all of those boys are going to be ready to go. They are all studs. Graham guys, please don't take this as a shot because it's not. I just don't think that Cooke, Allen, and Lester are better Than Mitchell, Jenkins and Owens. They may be equally matched, but I don't think the G-men are overall better. Add that with Union front 7 and I think Union has a bit of an advantage.

Allen will definetly be the best QB we've played. I've seen him in person and can verify that. And it's not even close to be honest.

Ah, that's awful for him but hopefully for the long run he's okay. Back to the game. I think the key to this game will come down to Unions ability to contain Allen when he scrambles out of the pocket. Don't get me wrong, Cooke is a beast, and he is always going to get his. But Union CAN NOT let Allen scramble and pick up chunk plays. Call me a homer, but it's tough to come down to Big Stone Gap and win. Union - 27 Graham - 19
