No offense but VA High is not very good upfront. If Blues hang on, I’m sure there are a lot of people who aren’t really shocked. Sometimes a weak schedule catches up to you.

It’s hard to beat a team like Union twice in one season. Graham barely got by them earlier. If GMen have a penalty plagued night, I can see Union winning.

If M7 goes strictly by power points then I think yes. If they go by district ranking like SWD, then no.

I agree, defense is clicking on all cylinders it seems. Lots of good tackling and keying in on the ball and reading the plays. The offense has so many options. Teams can key in on Bradshaw which would hurt if he’s was the only talent offensively but Blevins, Clements, Brown, Watkins, younger Meadows, etc. Graham has developed an arsenal of playmakers in addition to Bradshaw. I think that’s what makes them dangerous going into the playoffs. If offense is clicking and defense stays on point. I like our chances in the region. It’s not a given GMen win the region but I think they have a good shot at it if they play up to their ability and limit mistakes.

I wouldn’t go that far yet. Graham will have to get past Union (which it’s hard to beat a team like Union twice). If we’re fortunate enough to do that, there’s most likely Central waiting which is probably the most disciplined team Graham will face thus far. I’m hoping you’re right but there’s a lot of football yet to be played.

I felt the same way. Hopefully, just a hiccup tonight and doesn’t become an issue in playoffs. It will cost them in a close game.

Bradshaw gets most of the accolades but Clements can fly too. He’s got speed to burn.

Of course, I’d want Tony Palmer to get it as a Graham fan but Patterson has turned a dismal VA High program into contenders. Their schedule was weak but they definitely overachieved compared to years under Crist. If he gets it, I understand.
