1 game is two years with the same bunch that made playoffs after he left. He had them when they were fresh and sophs. He must have done a good job of getting them ready. GC needs to get rid of Roberts and bring Reed back....Reed is a proven winner, Football, Volleyball, Track, GC Baseball...it don't matter. GC Football wont turn around until we get an AD that does not destroy everything he is involved in. Time for school board to do their job. Get rid of him and bring in a coach that will turn it around. No good coach is coming as long as he in there. The programs that are having success were already established. As a matter of fact....let him hang around and it wont be long before Amy Reed and Scotty Vermillion say peace out. The problem is not akers....he could not help it he stepped into disfunction. However, he is not helping himself. The problem is with the overall administration of not only the school, but the county as well. Scott County may very well go 1-29. The one being TS beating the Cove. Time for a change in a lot more than just the football coach at GC...it would be a good start though

Simple fix...Get rid of Roberts bring back Reed...Get some GC tradition back. Ferguson and Smith going to have earn their money and make some big boy decisions. Oh yeah, it be a lot better when Quillen not on school board too. "Rat and Bubba" the root of it all.
