1. I have seen the Riverheads campus. It’s easy to find. It’s near the Edelweiss German Restaurant (exquisite place by the way).
2. Don’t do the short bus jokes. They’re not funny. You are giving Riverheads a bad reputation. I am certain that other Riverheads fans would feel embarrassed to see you acting like that.
3. I hope you are just some overly rambunctious fan. I would hate it if you were a player, embarrassing your teammates like that. Either way, I would not be shocked if Galax players were looking at the forum right now, taking screenshots and printing your comments to use as motivation.

Riverheads can not get any schools 1A , 2A , or 3A in or around Augusta Co. other than District teams to play them. They have to travel across the state to find a school to play !

The Maroon Tide will make their fourth trip to the State Championship game since 2011. They will travel to the winner of Riverheads/West Point in the Class 1 State Finals on Saturday, May 1st.
For what it's worth if Tazewell has improved from week 1 . They are a tough out ! They are one of few teams that played 4 quarters against the Red Team . They have people in the right places to slow down any wing team . I would not bet against them . jmo
Maybe in the past, but the talent level on Tazewells team is to great for VH to compete this year. Tazewell could walk in and have a couple of screws loose and win the game. No disrespect to the Bearcats who are young this year, but Tazewell has played and lost close (forget about the Riverheads score, that game was close) and Tazewells 2 losses are to the best 1A team in the state by a wide margin and if Riverheads were 2A with Graham, both of them in the top 4 teams in the state of Virginia. Both were near misses for Tazewell. The Dogs are talented enough to win Region D, even if that's a trip to Graham and Central and they are talented enough to win the state title in my opinion. But....so is Graham. If Draft gets ran out of the gym against the Red team Friday night, that's a good omen or at least should be a confidence booster for Tazewell and Graham. I know it transitive theory or whatever, but Calpreps has a 90% plus accuracy with it and it does tell us a bunch.
Tazewell has a good team ! It was an early season scrimage/ game imo and I am sure both Riverheads and Tazewell have improved going forward . After that game I had picked Tazewell to run the table in swva . If they stay healthy they should have a deep run in the playoffs . jmo

The game is Saturday at noon in Galax. Galax will score a bunch of points on virtually every 1A team in the state. In his 4th season as starting QB, Cole Pickett was 16-22 for 251 yards and 5 TD passes last week against Grayson. Galax also had 209 yards rushing with four different backs gaining yards in chunks. That's a tough combination to stop. They aren't the same team defensively though. Grayson averaged well over 8 yards per carry last week gaining 325 yards on 39 carries. If Grayson had a passing game to balance out the offense, this could have been a very different game. Grayson was 2-3 passing for 6 yards. GW will score more against Galax than last seasons two games combined.

Coaches duel between Dixon & Casto If the game happens ! Watching on YOUTUBE it looks like the Tide has more size across the line but that can be a non factor . jmo
On the FAVORITES THREAD most are picking Riverheads . I don't think they are that good . If GW can smack the Tide then they have a good shot at the Trophy !
I see a repeat of what the Warriors did to them . GW should send them in to BASKETBALL SEASON . They peaked early and now are going thru the motions . They lack the energy of mid season . jmo
