How was the middle school, are there players in the hall ways, are the players in a weightlifting program?

Maybe some players moving in the county, that’s all

Maybe in Washington county and possibly players relocation in Russell county, I was talking to guy who coached in wise county a few years ago and he said don’t be surprised if there wasn’t some movement in the area soon, that’s all he said, we will see, I don’t have names thought someone would know

Ok just from my experience, people that can differentiate between schemes and personal usually understand football and what is going on- wish those the best. Who is s going to help will be just as important

Jags52, you sound like you have coached before- maybe you should call them up and ask to be the DC- you know a lot about them

Job closes today! I guess they will have a coach in there before second semester, that is smart. I know alot of names have been tossed around but which are really interested, could be a great place for the right person

So when will they start interviewing? Sounds like with the right hire they could be firing on all cylinders in a couple of years. I love hearing about the good ol days - sure sounds like a great place to grow up and play!

Coach Compton named interim head coach and all other staff have been relived of there duties.

If schlorships are stacked then there is enough to go around, key is getting all coaches out on the road to find all players, always need to offer the best 10-12 local players so they dont leave for other schools Finally winning always changes how and who you can recruit

You can be the smartest coach in the world but when you start putting faces and names on those X’s and O’s Things can change fast. Size, speed and length will overcome in 95% of these situations. Good luck to this proud program

If you don’t get close to 36 skolley’s and pay your staff it’s always going to be tough when LR , wingate and Newman can. But awesome stadium and nice facilities could attract a bunch of interest

What does this job look like How many coaches are staying, How many can a new guy bring? How good was JV and middle school? Can it be turned around quickly?
