Well since I was at the game I'll just say this and let it go. We lost. Yea, we did have a TD called back but you can't use that as an excuse. We really didn't play well and we had a lot of missed opportunities. We should of won this game in a landslide but we didn't and thats just all there is to it. We just made a lot of mistakes but give VH credit, they hung in there with us and they played their hearts out. Just a tough way to end the season, considering I truely believe that we could of went all the way... And one more thing, I do think it's BS that a 4-6 team is even allowed to go to the playoffs. VH- you all may of won but I wouldn't be bragging considering you still don't even have a 500. record.

I do think that Grundy will win but Tazwell will give us all that we want. I'm not gonna predict a score but I doubt that we give up 24 points. Our D has been good all year.

Grundy blitzed most of the night cause that usually works for us. It was tough to do hardly anything the entire night because of the field. I'm not for sure if Caleb Jennings played or not. I think he did, but somebody from Richlands probably knows more than I do about it.

Grundy scored on it's OT possession but missed the 2 point conversion. Richlands got sacked on 1st down on their possession and never really seemed to recover. I don't have any official stats but Jimmy Ashby caught about a 30 yard pass that set them up on about the 3 yard line for a TD (Josh McCowan I think) and their other TD came on another Josh McCowan run in OT. There were a bunch of fumbles in the game though and I don't know who it was for Richlands that scored.

Yea the field was tough to play on. It was nothing but mud and it was hard to stay on your feet all night and hold on to the ball. It was a good game though.

For anyone who's interested Grundy's JV team beat Richland's JV 12-6 in OT last night.
