good knowledge there hoops.. i do remember that heath miller set out his senior year and was in the middle of all the good players from haysi and council during his fr. and soph. years. So, to me it looks like smith has done quite a feat.. Maybe someone remembers some of the hurley years when they had some major players as well as whitewood in the robinson era.

both colleys wasnt!!! brad might have been. the compton (brett) kid from back when coulda been.. jake colleys early years was during brads later yrs.. robbie colleys was during blake owens later yrs.. now he was a player. plus honaker had patrick during that run of time.. thats from my memory...

The good thing... is you wont be playing Gate City, George Wythe or Clark County.. And you should'nt. At least they are trying something... still honaker and castlewood will be playing teams with almost twice their size enrollment!! Va needs a 4-A or 5-A classification.

they are in lee county about 3/4 hours on a bus. People say they are 1 player away from having a really good team. I dont think i'd take them lightly.
