We've came a long way buddy. We have a great group of kids that believe! They have totally bought into the program and I'm glad we are seeing results. Even Richlands is pulling for us - wow how far we've came in just one year!

All due respect - Richlands' passing game graduated last year - Austin is a receiver. The Gmen haven't faced a duo like Henderson and Bailey. Lets be real man!

I agree. Everyone wants to complain about our schedule. We are trying to take care of that, but there are some AA schools who don't want to play us? That is the truth! They talk like they do, but behind the scenes they fear us!

No disrespect to them, but I think we have a better offense and can move the ball on them. If they blitz us, we will burn them with the quick pass. But, we've got to take care of the wave this week.

It looks like the falcons are going to finish 8-2 and miss the playoffs. That just dont seem right! How can this happen?

I think Honaker is under rated. They're not bad. We (Abingdon) didn't play our best - we didn't protect the ball - yet you have to give it to a team that takes advantage of our mistakes. They are not a bad football team.

Who do you think is the most overated team in SWVA? Who is the most underated Team?

Funny thing. Last year everyone wanted to talk about how we are weak and not strong minded and if I recall correctly it was folks from across the mtn. We can't help what happened last year - but we can do something this year. Those same folks are starting to realize given the right situation we can play the game of football. I'm proud of our football program and how it has changed around - we are starting to earn respect and give us a year or 2 of winning and we will be respected around the state!

Abingdon's D has started off well this year. They seem to play well against the passing game but I'm worried about our run defense. Chilhowie ran all over us in the benefit game - do you think Logan Ball will do the same?

Why are we talking about PH and Holston? We should be talking about the best team in Washington Co. The Abingdon Falcons - who still has a shot at the Southwest District (a tougher district).
