Now 40-21. That D is horrible. Nick Smith will be back when you guys face Lebanon too. Don't see you winning that one.

Its not over yet but its now 33-21 and Honaker is driving again. VHS has thrown 3 ints and they can't stop Honaker.

Your sophmore QB did learn a lesson and that is good, but it is a lesson that every other football player learns by the time the are 10 years old. Don't spike the ball on 4th down!

And last year Tazewell beat Lebanon while Gate City again blew them out. Richlands beat Lebanon last year while Gate City beat Richlands. Yet Lebanon beat Gate City to win the Region D crown. Other games mean nothing when they get together. That being said I still think that alot of things will have to go Lebanon's way for them to win. I do think that it will be a closer game than many people expect though.

Thats what the Lebanon fans were taking about, put this kid at NT and NOBODY runs up the middle on Tazewell. Kid is HUGE, quick, and athletic.

I came away from that game with 3 thoughts about Lebanon. 1. John Adams, enough said. 2. The offense looked good when they were allowed to run plays that weren't straight up the middle. 3. The defense looked horrible. Worst they have looked in a game since probably the last time they played Richlands. Looking back though we will not face anyone with that kind of speed again this year unless we make it to the State Finals. Nobody in Region C or D will come anywhere close to that speed. The better team won tonight but I think that Lebanon gave a good showing. They were outcoached again. Probably didn't matter but it gets old getting outcoached in every big game that you play. When you are down 14 with 5 minutes to go don't run the ball 4straight time to pick up a first down.

When is their homecoming? This week or when they play Hurley.
