Now 40-21. That D is horrible. Nick Smith will be back when you guys face Lebanon too. Don't see you winning that one.

Its not over yet but its now 33-21 and Honaker is driving again. VHS has thrown 3 ints and they can't stop Honaker.

Your sophmore QB did learn a lesson and that is good, but it is a lesson that every other football player learns by the time the are 10 years old. Don't spike the ball on 4th down!

And last year Tazewell beat Lebanon while Gate City again blew them out. Richlands beat Lebanon last year while Gate City beat Richlands. Yet Lebanon beat Gate City to win the Region D crown. Other games mean nothing when they get together. That being said I still think that alot of things will have to go Lebanon's way for them to win. I do think that it will be a closer game than many people expect though.

Thats what the Lebanon fans were taking about, put this kid at NT and NOBODY runs up the middle on Tazewell. Kid is HUGE, quick, and athletic.

I came away from that game with 3 thoughts about Lebanon. 1. John Adams, enough said. 2. The offense looked good when they were allowed to run plays that weren't straight up the middle. 3. The defense looked horrible. Worst they have looked in a game since probably the last time they played Richlands. Looking back though we will not face anyone with that kind of speed again this year unless we make it to the State Finals. Nobody in Region C or D will come anywhere close to that speed. The better team won tonight but I think that Lebanon gave a good showing. They were outcoached again. Probably didn't matter but it gets old getting outcoached in every big game that you play. When you are down 14 with 5 minutes to go don't run the ball 4straight time to pick up a first down.

When is their homecoming? This week or when they play Hurley.

How is Richlands Pass Defense. Lebanon's strength this season is their defense and passing the ball. They have thrown 12 TD's this season so far.

How does everyone see this one going? Hopefully the Pioneers will show a little better than they did against Tazewell. And how is Richlands pass defense?

I Region D the only Region that isn't 6 teams now. I heard that Region C is 6 also.

You were one of the ones who said that it was wrong and I commend you on that. But to say that cheerleaders can't stand on the track and expect to be treated with respect is just silly. Show me a rule that says cheerleaders can't stand on a track, then I will respectfully admit I was wrong.

I think you need to read the post. The last 15 or so posts have all been about where cheerleaders stand. I haven't seen 1 person dispute that GC fans done anything so there must be no doubt about it. And only about 2 posts saying what was done was wrong. The only thing I see is people saying the cheerleaders should have been inside the fence anyway.

This amazes me. First let me say I wasn't there and don't really know what happened. BUT...you guys are trying to put the blame on the cheerleaders or whoever. You say Well, they should have been on the field. No matter where they were standing it doesnt excuse any action by opposing fans. That is just plain stupid. If a drunk driver loses control and hits an innocent person and injures or kills them would you say, "Well, its that person fault, if they were standing right there and not where they were, then they wouldn't have been hit." Of course you wouldn't.

Good game by Tazewell. Where was that bad tackling that GC talked about. It was stellar tonight. And if anyone punts it to you guys the rest of the year they are crazy. You came to play and the Pioneers didn't. I think that you will give Richlands all they want for the district.

I would say Lebanon 35-14. Cobb is a good running back but he isn't Lebanon's running back, he plays WR this year. Dylan Smith is the running back. RIchlands shouldnt have much of a problem with PV. They will be tough until Pinkston gets tired then they will struggle.

They did lose to Lee last year and beat them 41-7 this year. They are an imporved team.

No feathers ruffled here. If you think PV was horrible then I have no issue with you thinking Lebanon is mediocre. My opinion differs but I am a little biased.
