  1. I agree. The two tough games are Rutgers and Ville. Both of whom played no one and got the top 25 status based on wins and loses. Florida, Tennessee, Alabama, The Barn, heck any SEC team plays a tougher schedule. You are wrong and are fighting a losing battle. Even WVU fans will tell you they are highly ranked year in and year out based on the presumption they (WVU) "should" go undefeated every year. Please, if they had a decent schedule they would not have been ranked. Cmon now I know you like your team but give this up its rediculous.
  2. So playing perfect football involves winning 0 national championships and playing in the Big Least and losing to the 5th best team in the state of Florida this year. I cant wait to see the Big Least be stripped of their BCS Bowl bid. Seriously, RR wife is a first class trailor queen and if you want to get into statistics WV and Kentucky lead the nation (WV 1 Kentucky 2) in toothless people per capita as found by the American Dental Association. Seriously that is not a joke, look it up. P.S. How long have you been waiting for that NC? How old is WVU? There is your answer.
  3. I did want him. Just because I thought he would stick around. We didnt get him due to family ties, namely his wife and sister (LOL). By the way she was a trailerparkin' beeeeeeuuuuuuuut! He will continue to succeed in the Big Least. Not bad for a ginger headed boy from WV. My number one pick would have been Norm Chow but that wouldnt "float" in Alabama. You guys have fun playing for high bowl bids. We have 12 NC and can wait a while for one more. How many do you all have? Oh, thats right. Ill be back when the BCS bowl bid gets stripped from the Big Least. When Rutgers competes for a Championship that gotta tell the powers that be somethin. The money ought to but Mrs. RR a few extra gallons of Aquanet Hair Spray.
  4. You guys have no clue. The deal was drawn up and to be signed. I hope you all know that he and his wife are from WV. SHE talked him into staying for family purposes. She stated that there would be no way they could return home if he followed suit. Alabama will get a good coach and still play real football in a real confrence. Why would he leave? Same amount of money when given incentives and who cant when 8 games in the Big Least. Job security was a major factor also. Remember you can take the man out of West Virginia, but you cant take the imbreeding out of the man. LOL In the end it will work out fine for both schools.
  5. Ummmmmm........ Maybe a done deal considering MM will not make the trip to put out more feelers. I can say that the story was deemed from a "unreliable" source on many AU message boards. Perhaps that is a smoke screen to give RR more time to think. It sounds as though the deal is done. He would be my pick. Roll Tide! Good call GMAN
  6. I took a huge duke and need to borrow the scuba mask if someone will to unclog my toilet. Need to get down there and see what the hang up is... Anyone have any C-4 or heavy duty fur crakers???
  7. I like the Sesame Street tune. When the change hits and the stutter "can you tell me how to get....can you tell me how to get....how to get to sesame street." Uh! Uh! I could just kill somebody. OOOOOOOOOOOOhhhhhh! Im fired up right now! OOoooooooooooooooooh! Yeah! yeah! UUUUUUUhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh! If anyone needs a copy let me know. I got the remix of the Count counting to tea. Ah Ah AH! Yeeeeeeeeeeahhhhhhhhhh! Uhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh! I just peed on myself a little! Little dribble from all the excitment! Gotta go clean up! Im out!
  8. Excellent view BIGGIE. I put dog turds in the presents at the front of the trss and if my kids open um they get the stinky fingers. Trust me it works like a charm. DTCP um- Dog Turd Christman Present. Mom must have been really mature for her age. LOL
  9. Shooooo Ive seen FATBOY eat 12 dozen pizzahs and then shatt out a diamond necklace for his girlfriend. Theres alot o pressure in that belly.
  10. GMAN did you check out the link? He looks good in crimson huh? I think the pass the hat foundation raised over 64 million. lol If he doesnt go to Bama he goes to Miami. He lied to a reporter yesterday about meeting with MM at a chairity dinner. He said the meeting was brief lasting only 15 minutes or so. When his wife was approached she stated they met for over 60 minutes, when confronted about this he stated that it didn't seem that long. Sounds like a man wanting to jump ship IMHO. What did MM and RR talk about for over an hour and why was his wife present if it was just conversation behind closed doors?
  11. Tebow will be a athletic run first style with a cannon arm. I doubt he will be very accurate given his age and lack of throwing this year. Harvin will be in the high 80s low 90s speed wise... Hey stay away from my wife EH!
  12. http://home.earthlink.net/~cbi4/images/Rich%20Rodriguez%20Red.jpg Cmon NS just say no! Stay with the Dolphins! Maybe they do listen to me down in T TOWN! Roll Tide! P.S. Why would HE approach Alabama to find out if HE was a candidate while WVU is currently restructuring his contact amid rumors. He has given Alabama 72 hours to let him know if he is a candidate BEFORE he signs a new contract. He already has the new contract in hand from WVU so how would this be a mastermind plan to get more. He already has what he wants from WVU. He is looking to "jump ship" IF Alabama offers. They are waiting on NS currently. You WVU fans fail to realize that AU has ALREADY installed state of the art football facilities and could offer a significant amount of money to him. I want RR in TTOWN!
  13. Search hits a tipping point as Rodriguez asks for an answer By Jess Nicholas Alabama’s timetable for hiring a coach might have gotten significantly shorter Tuesday, as Rich Rodriguez met with Alabama officials in New York – and reportedly asked for a decision from Alabama within the next three days. What’s tricky about that demand is that Alabama is still believed to be in the talking stages with the Miami Dolphins’ Nick Saban, who at the earliest, likely wouldn’t have a firm answer for Alabama until Dec. 10 or 11. If anything, Rodriguez’s requested timetable probably revealed that Saban has yet to give Alabama a firm yes or no on the job. As for Rodriguez, Alabama appeared to be moving towards making him a job offer, albeit it perhaps contingent on Saban’s interest in the job. But Saban or not, Tuesday’s activity in New York proved just how potentially serious Alabama was about making Rodriguez its next head coach. Alabama included Rodriguez’s wife in the interviews, and a Birmingham television station reported Alabama was getting set to offer a 7-year, $21 million contract to Rodriguez by the end of the week. ESPN also reported Rodriguez would receive a contract offer, but a story on the network’s website offered no specific dollar amount or contract length. TideFans.com could confirm neither report at this time. However, sources close to the process indicate that Alabama may indeed be ready to offer Rodriguez a contract, as the waiting process for Saban would have no finite end. As of now, TideFans.com has reason to believe it likely that a decision on the head coach position will be made public by Friday, and Rodriguez has replaced Saban as the likely favorite to receive that offer. Stay tuned to ESPN for further updates on this story as news breaks. Other candidates Beyond Saban and Rodriguez, two other candidates found their names in the mix Tuesday. Jim Grobe continues to be mentioned by sources as Alabama’s next candidate in line should both the Saban and Rodriguez courtships prove fruitless. Grobe continues to deny pursuing the Alabama job (as Rodriguez did last week), but sources say he’d give Alabama an audience if the Tide came calling. Paul Johnson, meanwhile, saw his potential candidacy begin to wane. Johnson is considered a top candidate for the North Carolina State job, and may choose to pursue that position rather than wait on an Alabama offer that may never come. __________________ Jess Nicholas Editor-In-Chief It appears RR approached them wanting to know if he would be offered and gave a time table to the Tide. Looks like a man wanting to leave...I think BIGD is dead on. Got something else for ya... Picture taken in my backyard at a keg party. RR got intoxicated and tried on some of my clothes. It was sweet.
