Three players from one team in the top five. I don't see that. Carroll has won the league by three games so I say that Goins and Watts should both be first teamers. Carroll play a tough non conferenece schedule so that would explain them winning only 12 games.

Carroll needs to play together and keep working hard. The 4 Seniors need to step-up and show everyone how it is done.

Who will make up this team? I would say that Watts and Goins from Caroll will be on the team along with Keene(sp)from Richlands. I would hav eto think that Purdue from Abingdon would be on the team and someone from graham. Also I think that Coach Motley would be the Coach of the Year.

Does anyone know what the Region IV backets will look like in basketball?

I would like to see the Cavs use their bench more. They have had a good year, I hope that they will continue to work hard

Carroll Girls won by 25. Grundy look young,they were small and not very quick. Kayla Goins and Jessie Watts both played well. If Carroll wins the next game against game they will be southwest district champs. Good job ladies

I think when it is all said and done Grundy will end up in the single A.

The CC Girls will win this one by 20 and the Boys game will be tight but I think that the Carroll Boys win by 7. That if they play the game, Carroll was not in school today.

It should be a great game between the two teams. I would not want to bet on this game because of the level of play on both sides.

Who are you‘ll going to get to replace him?(Coach Carlock) I don’t see Bobby Knight, Coach K, Tom Rife or even Fred Phillips wanting to come take this job. The best thing you can do is get a young coach fresh out of college who has played the game to come be the JV coach for a couple of years and then turn the program over to him. Graham G-Girls got in trouble a few year ago when they turn over their program to Kelly Grahman and look how bad that went. You need somebody that has played the game at the college level and that the players can respect.

Who won the girls game?

I went and look on the website, they have lost to grouop A powers Floyd and Radford. Two tought Team from NC in Mount Airy and East Surry. Pulaski has a strong Coach in Brenda King and Division one player T.T. Webb. I think that their are three decent teams in the girls Graham, Carroll and the Abingdon

I saw the score of the girls game. Big win Jessie Watts had 24 and Kayla Goins had 15. The Lady Cavs are 4-0 in the district and 5-7 overall. Their non-distict schedule must be tough.

My problem was with the timing of the decision.Christmas Eve is not the time to be in the unemployment line.They could have done it today. Also Ben Wallace has been a big disappointment it look like the Pistons were very smart to let him go.I think that Gray should be getting more minutes.

Ayers is Ok but he is not as good as everybody thinks he is.

What type of organization fires their Coach on Christmas eve? He had taken them to the play-offs the last three years. This is why they have not won a world Championship since MJ has left the game.

I think that the Bowman kid from Carroll will be tough.

I think that it will come down to Duke and UNC. I like Duke but I think they will not be able to stop the inside of UNC. It should be some great games.
