That don't mean nothin. Giles beat a very good Gearge Wythe team by ten or something and Chilhowie lost to Gearge Wythe and 2 weeks later beat the crap out of Giles. It's high school football anything can happen, look at what Jonesville did back in the 80's finished the regular season at 5-5 and won the state.

Very true, but remember back in the 90's the cleat scandle at Richlands. I, personally thought that was blown way out of line, and that coach was family. maybe the Abingdon deal was blown out of the water too. I mean fire a coach for yelling, give me a break.

Leabanon has a good single a football team but I don't think they can hang with Richlands. But who knows, that's why they suit up every friday and play. Good luck to Richlands, would be nice to have a couple of state champions from southwest Virginia.

I would tend to think that abingdon will have a hard time finding a coach. I don't know all the facts or details, but I think I would have to really think about going there if I were a coach.

i would say that is probably how it will end up, maybe some position changes between 2 and 3.

I saw Galax play toward the first part of the season and their quaterback was one of the best I have seen in group A. He is quick and has a pretty decent arm.
