What is their reasoning there?

I know one Board of Supervisors that will be out after election as he is simply not running again. Don't know about the other districts. But I will be curious to see if anything changes or gets things rolling next year.

Also if I remember right wasn't it also called Vic Nystrom there just as the new one is called as well?

Old stadium for Mt View and if I had to guess it was Gary and Welch that also played there

The layout of everything looks like Council. Know they were limited in the football years and has been quite a while. Football was before my time of being interested but been by there a few times

I know it used to be that radio broadcasts from Abingdon were horrible. So much stadium and fan noise coming across that you couldn't hear the broadcasters.

I find it interesting how have been to so many of these stadiums and some you can recognize immediately and others you really have to look to tell what they are. Hate that I didn't get into football until later on and never had the chance to see some of the great places such as Clintwood or Haysi.

Don't know about town of Bluefield but town of Tazewell has skilled public works employees that can build a lot of stuff and save there. They are going to use them to do the majority of construction work for the new Farmer's Market Pavillion.

The home side has great views but everything else about that place I absolutely hate.

I myself am not going to specifically blame them but in turn I will ask another question. In the past 15-20 years, what have they done besides spend (waste) funds on projects and determine that they can't manage money so now they need an advance on their funds in June instead of being able to make it last until Dec. I know of one representative for sure that I hope gets voted out. Was glad to see him get in there to oust the previous one but he is worthless in my book. I won't put specifics on here to try and remain civil and not call someone out specifically but will be glad to tell anyone in private messages.

That's a bit crazy if holds true but like I said glad to see it happen. I know way to early but I wonder how they will handle playoff games?

Smartest thing I've seen them do in a while. Looks like Dog territory may have some home squatters this season. I would have to go back and look at schedules but I wonder if they do play at Tazewell, how same home nights may play out?

and one of the absolute worst for visitors

Ok so for those of us who don't know, why was it renamed JI Burton and JJ Kelly? I've heard the story about RB Worthy from people at work that went there.

I would have thought Honaker and Lebanon would have been some of the closest. I don't remember Battle that well. Big difference from basically 6 yds to 30 yds of sideline distance

Wouldn't have mattered if you were in the stands, you still need binoculars to see midfield.

For me, Honaker is hands down the best stadium I have ever been to.
