Wow, the maturity level, or lack thereof, is insane on here. First, when you have to cuss to make your point then you immediately lose any credibility you might have had. Shows nothing but a lack of intelligence. Second, I find it ironic that whenever RHS posters make a comment about Abingdon everyone outside of Abingdon suddenly become sheep and agree. Yet, let a RHS poster say something about their hometown team and they get offended. Does everyone on here that lives outside of Abingdon have "town envy"? If you dish it out then you need to be able to take it as well...that's why this is a "public" forum. Lastly, swvaoutdoors, I have made 2 comments about the recruiting and it apparently hit a nerve with you...wow, a little touchy huh? Speaking of babies....the best part of you is still running down your momma's leg.

27-6 Abingdon....maybe a sign of things to come in 3-4 years if Richlands doesn't go around recruiting like they are a freakin college. Would have been much much worse had the coach not started putting subs in in the 1st quarter.

Maybe Abingdon should start recruiting players from other schools and states like Richlands does. Chances of Abingdon beating Richlands with their own "original" players would be alot better than playing against an "all star" southwest Virginia and eastern Kentucky and southwest West Virginia team. Will Abingdon beat Richlands this weekend...probably not...but at least we will dance with the ones that brung us. What cracks me up the most about the Richlands posters on here is that they act like the players that play for Richlands actually are FROM Richlands...and that's simply not the case. For as many wins as you get, tell me, what players FROM Richlands have been recruited to D1 schools? I'll hang up and listen. (dial tone...hear that...constant hummm)

Rarely will you hear me blame anything on referees. Abingdon has the talent we just didn't execute well in this game for a number of reasons. Was there some bad calls/no calls? Sure...but there is that issue in every game. Abingdon should win a good number of games this year...whether they actually do or not is the question. Schemes, coaching and positioning will dictate that heavily. Should we have won the game against PH? Knowing the boys that we have on this team...and knowing most of them pretty well...and also knowing a number of the kids on PH's team....yes, I think we should have. But, as they say, that's why we play the game.

Abingdons team looked pretty good in a scrimmage against Lebanon. Speed, size and power. Play calling is SSDD, but they did look pretty good. How about your 8th grade teams. How they looking for the future?
