IMO it's a tight game much like last year!! Last year Honaker lined up and ran up the gut the whole game practically and they couldn't stop it!! But this is a new year, we'll see ey?

Yeah, you're right! I think Honaker played them about 3 years ago, maybe four and they had a heck of a Defense and well a heck of an offense too... I think they blew us out to the tune of 3? - 0, that was bad night!

Well. I see your point kinda there but isn't that part of the game? Forcing your opponents to make mistakes and then when they do, capitalize on those mistakes and turn them into points! You still have to have a good team to do this IMO. Honaker has done a good job of that in several games. Yeah some turnovers are gifts, but alot of turnovers are forced by the Defense and you still have to score points!

When did this happen?

Thought Burton was down a bit this year but havent heard alot about em!!! Any thoughts about this game?

Well I dont think it will matter if the game is on Friday or Saturday as far as the outcome:!!! Green wins IMO but Good luck to both teams!!!

He is a very good back! Strong and alot of speed!! The whole Galax team played with alot of heart and never gave up and truthfully I never felt too comfortable til late in the game... a play or two here or there and they coulda been right in the game! But Honaker took care of business pretty good and surprised alot of people I think!!

I believe they had a total of 3 turnovers = 2 fumbles and an INT.

How is Galax up front this year? Last year it seemed we were bigger but Galax definitely got off the ball alot quicker and dominated up front. Line plan will be huge for Honaker to move the ball Saturday.

Kicker was out for several weeks and one of those being the Hurley game for what it's worth! I feel better about extra points (provided TD's can be scored) and possible FG's with him in there and it may come down to that to win the game IMO.

My thoughts exactly. GW and Clintwood are the two powehouses out of D1 West IMO, not to take anything away from the other teams, but if your road doesn't have to go through one of those two then you're a little better off! I'm not saying it'll be easy or not competitive because it most certainly will!!!
