TVSportzAnchor 10 Report Share Posted October 24, 2005 Thought you'd like to know that 2004 graduate Derrick Steptoe had a breakout game yesterday in Montgomery against WVU Tech. The Charleston freshman ran for over 110 yards on only 11 carries in only his second game playing offense for the Golden Eagles. While he didn't get into the endzone, he was crucial in giving UC the 28-21 win, their first winning season in 46-some years.

Bluefield_Rules 46 Report Share Posted October 24, 2005 Outstanding! The last I saw though Derrick was listed as a linebacker for UC. I guess the coaches got wise to his ability carrying the football. Thanks for the info...
