HyTekRedNek 10 Report Share Posted November 22, 2007 I heard Tommy Rife has retired from TCPS to take the Head Coaching job at SVCC!! He'll turn their program around just like he did RHS in the early 80's. I hope Karman Bennett returns to his alma matter and unretires to serve as director of basketball operations. Go Eagles! blacksburgsoccer 12 Report Share Posted November 28, 2007 Bob Trear from Blacksburg. In the early 90's they had some real battles with Richlands in regionals. I remember them knocking out Richlands on the road in 89, 90 and 92. All three years Richlands had some GREAT teams.
