wvuraiders 10 Report Share Posted September 13, 2009 turnovers killed them today but reason for hope...gave ecu 10 easy points on 2 punt return fumbles...other than that looked excellent today...against a vetern ecu team...Jarrett Brown looks really really good a QB

I'm happy that the O is looking good. The defense needs to play 2 halves!
wvpymbr 11 Report Share Posted September 14, 2009 Ya if D plays 2 halves were going to be fine. Brown has really impressed me.
GetMoney55 11 Report Share Posted September 14, 2009 This shouldn't be a surprise to anyone that Brown is playing well. He is a stud, was in high school, has been in college when he gets the chance, and for the past four years could have probably been starting at nearly any other school. bluefieldRocks 14 Report Share Posted September 15, 2009 Jarrett Brown is a darkhorse heisman candidate. He keeps having games like he has latley, he'll be in the running. I heard that he hasnt been sacked this year yet and is the only QB in NCAA to not be...can anbody confirm this? Mind you, it's only been two games. But that's still not to shabby. GMan 3,569 Report Share Posted September 15, 2009 Jarrett Brown is a darkhorse heisman candidate. Please...Brown is nowhere near the player that Pat White was and White barely got any attention as a Heisman candidate. Besides with Lord Tebow still playing, no one else has a chance to win it this season...
bluefieldRocks 14 Report Share Posted September 15, 2009 I think J.B. will be better than Pat was his senior year.

rabidbeaver 90 Report Share Posted September 15, 2009 JB is a better passer than Pat White and can run if he has to but would rather throw than run...though not nearly as fast as Pat White he is 6'4" 230lbs and is definitely harder to bring down. G-Man is right, no need to worry about Heisman talk...in fact I heard that after this year the Heisman committee is renaming the trophy "THE TEBOW". That's pretty funny, but if JB continues have numbers like the ECU game, he may pop up there in Heisman talks.....he won't win it, but it's possible. He will get drafted...especially if he continues on the current path......fairly high.
