VHSLhelper 571 Report Share Posted November 7, 2009 (edited) normal bracketing would have the 4-5 winner vs. 1 in the 2nd round. Ron agrees with this for scouting purposes. Some Regions use the "1 will face the lowest remaining seed" method, which penalizes the #6 seed. Since this is our first year doing it, I'm waiting for the official release from Hoo-ville to see.
