bluefieldRocks 14 Report Share Posted January 3, 2010 During Sunday's loss to the Steelers, rookie quarterback Pat White got his first taste of the NFL in something other than a cameo appearance, after starter Chad Henne left with an injury. After only three drives, however, White exited the field on a stretcher, after absorbing a helmet-to-helmet hit from cornerback Ike Taylor. Per a league source, White suffered a concussion. He lost consciousness "for several seconds," but White is now doing "better." White has the entire offseason to recuperate; the 30-24 loss knocked Miami out of the playoffs. UPDATE: Another source with knowledge of the situation says that White has been taken to a hospital for observation and testing. He has full use of all extremities. http://profootballtalk.nbcsports.com/2010/01/03/after-losing-consciousness-pat-white-doing-better/
Guest JJBrickface Report Share Posted January 3, 2010 I'm glad he is doing ok, as a WVU fan it was tough hearing about the death of Chris Henry. Seeing Pat White laying motionless was also very tough to see.

I think KC would be a playoff team if they would have kept him and used all of that money that spent on Matt Cassell for wisely.

Loaded? depends on what you mean by loaded. They have a lot of quarterbacks, but i don't think any of them are worth the Charmin Extra-soft they wipe their butts with
