I'm biased toward Simon, being a BHS grad and all. The interesting thing is that he didn't seem like a really good coach earlier in his career (late 80s and early 90s). I wonder if it is the assistants he has around him, or if he just learned from mistakes. I remember getting frustrated that they never seemed to be able to get 11 men on the field for special teams (punt return, PAT defense, etc), and there were just a LOT of fundamentals errors.
