Guest The Variable Report Share Posted May 13, 2011 Groundhog Day, Stripes, Ghostbusters; wait a second, maybe Harold Ramis should be considered too. He wrote each of these, directed Groundhog Day and is not shabby as a supporting actor. Nobody has mentioned "The Man who Knew too Little" or "What About Bob"...both are movies I found funnier than Groundhogs day.
Guest The Variable Report Share Posted May 13, 2011 If you argue Seth Green, you could arge Seth MacFarlane for the entire Fox prime-time and the Seth Comedy-slots on YouTube. Agreed. Dave Chappelle and Chris Rock are similar in my book. Both have better stand-up careers than acting abilities although each have a few funny movies. Chris Rock had SNL, Chappelle had Chappelle show. I think either would be worthy candidates. Agreed. And I agree, Whoopi Goldberg does not belong but I don't feel Billy Crystal does either. Neither of them was good as Micheal Keeton was in Multiplicity, and Multiplicity SUCKED! John Candy would no doubt be elligble for this award if he were still alive. A resounding AGREED! Same thing for Peter Boyle and Madeline Kahn.
