Many teams have crashed and burned because the coaching staff was trying to force the offensive players into a scheme that didn't work for them. I have seen kids who couldn't grasp the basic blocking assignments after being in the program for four years at the high school level yet they still are heavy contributors because fundamentally they are sound.
