87Tiger 62 Report Share Posted January 29, 2013 Hello all. For an American stationed in Europe, I received two great news items last week. First, my father, Jackie "Frog" Bise, was selected to come to Europe and umpire the European Region Little League Juniors (13-14 yr old) baseball tournament with me this summer (2-9 July) in Kutno, Poland. Second, I was nominated and selected to umpire in the Big League Baseball (16-18 yr old) World Series in Easley, SC, this Summer (24-31 July).
