Either try and help fix the Postal Service or just get rid of it altogether. Stop making things worse! They should be completely independent or fully subsidized. The Postal Service is in a no-man's land where Congress can put provisions on their operation that make it hard to be profitable and also stop them from making changes to fix the problem.
