It's not a fan poll or his personal opinion. Union was rated a good deal lower to begin the season, 16th heading into last week. As he says in his blog this week, they'll continue to move up. Richlands will drop and if Union keeps winning it will bear out and like Beamer said will look pretty accurate by mid season as polls will also.
