Muncy commits to ETSU

I hope this is the first of many from SWVA as the new staff at ETSU has been good to communicate with and open to taking advantage of the talent in our area.

It still blows my mind that several would-be local college's don't recruit a little more here at home.  Been a lot of local kids through the years that would've done well for any of them.

UVA Wise coaches have been notorious about not wanting to recruit locally until recently.  There is a ton of talent in SWVA that could help that program.  But Bitter will probably not be there long enough to see that

Bitter is probably doing more local recruiting than she has in a long time. I hope each kid that is offered opportunities take advantage of it and that will help pave the way for more local products to have chances.
