pistol4 10 Report Share Posted December 15, 2006 Over on VA Preps, they have their picks for players of the game for each division. Since we all know how much disrespect they have for the Southwest part of the state, im sure we could all guess which division's player of the game did NOT belong to the winning team. . . ADsucks 10 Report Share Posted December 15, 2006 yea i saw that too.. i was really disappointed in whoever decides those players..cause there were possibly 3 players from richlands that should have been taken over mayo..but since he was from northern va and did some flashy stuff but not really did much statstically..and he didn't win them the game..our players did..and should be recongized..very disappointed
BigD4VT 11 Report Share Posted December 15, 2006 Mayo is the reason Rockbridge wasn't blown out and if they had won he would be the player of the game... but they didn't win and his stats were not MVP caliber. Is the VAPreps thing their official picks or just a discussion on the message board? If it's official I don't see how you can deny Austin Fuller with the game he had. McCracken, Jennings, Arms, Clayburne, Pruitt and all the rest of the Blues did all the things we expect them to do but Fuller had the best game of his career. I have a picture taken right after the game of him surrounded by cameras, microphones, tape recorders etc. There was no doubt who the MVP was to the real media. BigBlueAlum 12 Report Share Posted December 15, 2006 [ QUOTE ] who had the last INT of the game? [/ QUOTE ] I'm not sure if that is a rhetorical question, or not. If it isn't then it was Austin Fuller that had the last interception of the game.
