Lance 228 Report Share Posted January 12, 2004 I think the real story is Christiansburg 3rd behind Great Bridge? I kinda figured they might win it. Grundy is in a rebuild year...they have a lot of underclassmen starting and it's going to be a year or so before they get back to the old level again...but you still can't count them out when state rolls around can you? To do so would be a mistake. The roster for this year: Weight Name Grade 103 Cannan Stiltner 10th 112 Jarrett Flinchum 9th 119 Kris Stiltner 10th 125 Jason Keen 9th 130 Aaron Stiltner 10th 135 Jermey Bartley 9th 140 Josh Chamberlin 10th 145 Jon Brown 11th 152 Jimmy Penley 11th 160 Adam McClanahan 12th 171 Matt Stiltner 10th 189 Aaron Looney 11th 215 Matt Lee 11th 275 Andy Stiltner 9th Only 1 sr. but a bunch of 9th and 10th graders....so give them a couple of years...next year looks good, but the year after looks better if everyone stays healthy.
