old_school_blue 247 Report Share Posted January 1, 2007 The McDaniels kid is super tough and a hell of an athlete. And I guarantee that there was plenty of competition.

bulldog4ever 10 Report Share Posted January 2, 2007 you are wrong. tazewell has had several winners - stan young, phil grindstaff, dennis hayes to name a few. i believe there have been about 6 or 7 throughout the years. definately not has many as grundy. mcdaniel is the 1st since the early '80's. he is a great athlete and is very deserving of this win! CONGRATS ERIC! also, congrats to david bowling - tazewell - 7th place.
