TheAlpha 10 Report Share Posted October 7, 2004 To those of us who follow Virginia High School Football, let's go on the record now so we can check and see who is on top of things nine or so weeks from now. Do the following for me: 1. Select the State Champion for the Division and Group you follow. 2. Select the four teams who will win regionals in the division you follow. 3. Select a darkhorse from anywhere in that division. Can be a region champion predicted to lose or an underdog given no chance to win...simply a darkhorse that wins it all. This will give us something to dig up during states. ****NOTE: Must post before 5:00 P.M. on November 12. I will create a new thread on November 13 for those to post up until Friday night of the semis of regionals. Your goal is to be the "Jimmy the Greek" and size up the teams now. Show one and all you know high school football in Virginia. FINAL IMPORTANT polite REQUEST: Please do not post responses to what others have posted. Simply respond in some parallel or new thread. Let's work together to keep this strictly predictions and not responses. Let the predictions stand alone whether you agree or disagree. Finally, a humble request of the administrators of this board, please help us clear inflammatory or off-topic "responses" to this post. Please keep it predictions only. Thanks in advance. Region 4 is about set after this weekend, Region D and C need a few big games to be played first! i could do pretty good now, but would like to see two games first, one in each Region! I'll be back!
