We messed up our second pat, it was centered high, and Zach Jones caught it and ran to the corner where 2 JJK kids were trying to tackle him (all 6'3" 305lbs) and he just stopped and stepped in. Hopefully the kids are reminded there's no shame in losing if you give 100%. After seeing a couple of GC games though, I was hoping to see the offense come a little easier. broady 12 Report Share Posted October 11, 2004 A poster from JJ Kelly wrote this about GC-------- i will say this much. i admire coach c from gate city. he was man enough to call the dogs off in the first quarter. this could have really been a huge score for them but he was man enough to do this. i just wanted to say that. he pulled the starters and put his 2 team in. then the half way thru the third he put his 3 string in. i admire him for that. it was a clean ball game and i just wanted to give credit where it was due. and to the gate city faithful. good seeing u all again. u all know who u are. hope to see u all again really soon.
