mavsgrad 28 Report Share Posted November 14, 2004 While Keyser has played a respectable schedule and handled Sherman quite easily I think any honest person has to give the nod to Bluefield. I would imagine that the difference in score will be between 14 and 21 points. I don't see a repeat of round one against Mount View.
footballfreak 10 Report Share Posted November 14, 2004 i think bluefield will win but they can't overlook anyone. but that being said you cant overlook anyone in the playoffs. it could be 2 TD game or a 5 TD game you just never can tell about those northern teams (example: weir last year). Sources 10 Report Share Posted November 14, 2004 As I said in another thread, several people have informed me that Keyser is basically a grind it out team who will pass every now and then to prevent you from stacking the box. I was also told their defense has trouble defending speed on the outside, which is one of Bluefield's strong points as we know. It should be one heck of a game. beaverball 10 Report Share Posted November 15, 2004 Here's what I know about Keyser: Year in and and year out they are competitive with several playoff appearences, although I'm not sure how deep into the playoffs they have went. I also seen on their schedule where all 3 of their losses have been to Maryland teams, which I know nothing about. I think as long as Blfd.plays like they have been they should be ok. Kinda looking foward to seeing a different team, one that I have never seen before, on Saturday.
