Correct....Williams is not the problem at all...hell the man has a state title and I believe the first team to ever go 15-0 after new system was put into place Also correct on the AD/coach lol...ran off numerous players and the kids lost interest in football...some would really help Anyone interested in an AD or coach please come poach him from Giles lol1 point -

Wouldn't add Giles to that bunch. Williams isn't and never had been the issue at Giles, at least from the outside. Now an assistant or two, namely the one that's the AD now, then yeah, that applies. I'm sure Hokiebird can add a lot more to this than my simple opinion based on observation and handful of friends.1 point -
