It's not just graham there's alot of bad play calling everywhere. Look at Union they won't throw the ball if it's 3rd and 8. Graham just has better athletes than anyone on region and can win on simple play calling but it does hurt when you play someone else athletic. Should've beat Appo by 28 and would've lost except for special teams

Yeah the group 4-5 years ago never shut up when they played Union. This group seems alot more disciplined

That was me normally teams out East are built on speed and don't like contact. Seen a lot of 5a and 6a teams look soft. I guess KW isn't one of them

Joking aside graham by 2 TDs high scoring game 42-27. KW scores late when game is out of hand.

That 2013 Gate City team we beat in regular season had some suspended players if I remember correctly. They were back for playoffs

The reason I think Davis had more and it's a guess is just because he played in more games. Pretty sure he started as a sophomore and Lomax missed a season with an injury. No doubt though who the best RB we've had is. Spears only played 1 year at QB and Hall 3 years maybe 4 and one of those seasons he was over 3000 yards if I remember correctly. Spears though was the better of the 2 just didn't play long enough. Union during that time had the best receivers I've ever seen on 1 team around here. Gavin went to vmi Mitchell to tech barnette to wise Noaks and spears was a WR when not at QB. Very talented bunch.

I doubt Lomax is leading rusher it's probably the Davis kid who was they're first RB. I think the Hall kid probably owns all the passing marks just because they'd actually pass then and he had a ridiculous receiving group with Mitchell and Gavin, Noaks and the TE can't remember his name who went to uva-wise

Not sure about the mileage but from BSG to Clarke Co felt like 800 miles and 1500 coming back

Kingsport use to put the stats in each week but were usually off pretty bad. I'm not sure if anyone from Union even keeps them you never here about someone breaking a school record or anything. Tazewell seems to keep their stats but not sure if anyone else does though

I wasn't taking anything away from the others I was referring to unions weak schedule keeping Lomax from getting much playing time in the second half

Speaking for all Union fans we won't say a thing if Graham wants to play some single A ball next few seasons

And 3 or 4 games he only played 2 quarters
