  1. I would like to think you’re right but Graham needs to be on their A game for that to happen in my opinion. Pulaski looks pretty solid on film but I don’t know what injuries etc. they may be encountering at this point. I know they had some out due to injuries and maybe some came back, others haven’t.
  2. Clements kid is growing into a special kind of player. He’s definitely ball smart. We’ve got a lot of guys who have stepped up their game on offense and defensive blocking. Some of the younger ones are improving weekly and figuring out their roles. A team can double or triple team Bradshaw but Coach Palmer has multiple other options to look to if that happens.
  3. After round 1 , game on! It’s anybody’s left for the taking at that point. Every team Including Graham will need to be on their A game to come out on top. I’m anxious to see how the M7 shakes out as far as who’s the #1 seed.
  4. Graham could have hung more on VA High and several other teams this season if Tony Palmer wanted to run the score up but he’s classy. He doesn’t run the score up intentionally. Who knows if GC or Lee claims that spot at this point. Either way, I think M7 #1 and SWD #1 should get past first round fairly easily.
  5. Everyone all up in their feelings 😂 well, not everyone.
  6. Yeah, this thread blew the h e double hockey sticks up, lol! Middle school girls drama got nothing this board. 😂😂😂
  7. I take issue with this. There are many Graham fans on this board who are not like that. Unfortunately, every fan base has cocky fans, the loud lady that screams at the refs all night, etc. You can categorize the majority of a fanbase by a few. If someone states Graham has the best record in Region D or Bradshaw had a phenomenal night. Those to me are factual statements rather than cockiness. Cockiness would be saying, no one has a chance to beat Graham and that’s simply not true. Region D is tough and whichever team comes out on top, they will have worked for it and I will cheer them on against Region C whether it’s Graham or someone else. I don’t think my thoughts & opinions are worth two cents on here and definitely not cockiness but there are few that think they are ESPN football experts😂😂😂😂😂 and in reality, nah. Most of us just want a friendly back & forth about high school football. Rant over…must be the rain! 😂
  8. Thoughts? After Pulaski watches the film from last night, I highly doubt Bradshaw will see 1 on 1 coverage. Graham has several playmakers besides him though. Pulaski has one of the best coaches in the business but I’ve read they’re a young team. Other than that, I don’t know much. Some of y’all may have more insight and knowledge about the Cougars. This is obviously Graham’s toughest game left in regular season. No offense to Blacksburg or Marion. What does Graham need to do to win?
  9. Actually, 7 of those their first team offense scored againat our JV in the last four minutes just to clarify. VA High is much improved though and that’s good for the district as a whole and definitely good for their peogram. I’m proud of our JV only allowing one score against their varsity.
  10. It was definitely the Bradshaw show tonight, no offense to the Thomas kid because he is lightning fast & good but tonight was all Bradshaw. Why VA High kept him with 1 on 1 coverage is beyond me?
  11. Once Graham’s offense got VA High figured out, it was all she wrote. The defense gave up a couple big plays but other than that, they were spot on; VA High has some talent for sure. Wish them luck the rest of the season.
  12. You realize Blacksburg is not very good. I’m not saying we won’t have our hands full but you can’t gauge Pulaski off a win over Blacksburg . No offense to Blacksburg folks.
  13. I said Galax had a coaching advantage. I stand by that statement.
  14. Graham needs the secret from Central to stopping Lomax. I really thought it would be a barn burner.
  15. Might have been more prepared 🤷🏻‍♂️ , lol
  16. That’s going to get ugly. Yikes!
  17. Maybe even two or three, if we’re lucky 😂.
  18. https://journals.lww.com/americantherapeutics/fulltext/2021/08000/ivermectin_for_prevention_and_treatment_of.7.aspx This was shared with me by a relative who is an RN. She was sent the article by a doctor at the VA. In addition, I know many people (personally) not TV folks who were prescribed this by local physicians at the onset of Covid, none of them ended up hospitalized. I am vaccinated but I also believe others have to right to decide whether the vaccine is right for them & doctors should be free to treat their patients with Covid the way they think is best. I absolutely agree there should be a bigger focus on therapeutics because vaccinated and unvaccinated folks are contracting Covid.
  19. Lomax will have run all over them, through them, around them, wherever he pleases. He is such a dominant player.
  20. I agree with those uses of the train horn. It adds to the atmosphere of the park/ It wouldn’t have ever been an issue except for blowing it incessantly when the opponents are in huddle and especially during the snap count (this being the absolutely most egregious use of said train horn). Boys will be boys I guess.
  21. What’s the saying, “Offense wins games, defense wins championships!”
  22. Well, GW has had a month to tweak the playbook. Maybe we’ll see some surprises on offense against Galax. Even with some surprises, I think Galax can make adjustments and it’s going to be a win by at least 3 TDs. I could be wrong. I hope it’s competitive but I just don’t see it being a barn burner.
  23. Does Coach Tarter's son play for UVA-Wise? Somewhere else? I seem to recall he was going retire from coaching after spring season to be able to watch his son at collegiate level. I could also be imagining this.
  24. Stop Lomax... he's a beast on offense & defense.
