There are tons of "behind the scenes" coaches nowadays, not just the guys you see on the sideline. There are "coaches" now that do nothing but search out talent...they sit in an office and watch videos all day (kind sounds like what I do) and create "leads" for new recruits.

Truth is, I haven't eaten at BWW since Mookie Collier was in middle school. They weren't terrible then but definitely not the best.

Here's what's odd...I love the Caribbean Jerk at BWW. I don't find it overpowering at all and it's one step above Asian Zing on their heat chart. The ones I had last night were several levels spicier/hotter than the BWW Jerk. When I reach the level of too hot, I get ill...and I don't think my max heat level is that high. I've had wings that after one bite I was done and sucking down Pepto for the rest of the evening. Ironically, for the others that I was with that night, they didn't think the wings were hot or spicy at all. For me, I guess it's the type of pepper used to get the heat that causes me issues. I could eat last night's level of jerk wings everyday without issue.

FYI...had jerk wings again tonight. Got brave and told them to add some heat...BEST EVER!!!

There is no seating right now, its pretty much call in order and pick up or they'll deliver. Be careful what you wish for in regards to the heat, they can melt your brain if you want...they have one called "Tongue Torch", it isn't just a name, it's telling what it will do...

The only problem I've run into is they are sometimes out of bone-in wings and I end up getting boneless...not really a problem in my opinion. My wife swears by the Philly Cheesesteak sandwich. The fried pickles are good to....caught me by surprise the first time, thought they'd be "chips" but turned out to be "spears". I do highly recommend the Jerk wings...add heat as desired...

If so...J&Z Grilling in Bluefield, WV has the best darn jerk chicken wings a human can find this side of Cuba...ask them to add just a little heat and they are superb!!!
