Marshall Johnson is a retired AP Sportswriter that covered high school sports for many, many decades. He is considered the High School Sports "Historian" by the VHSL. A true 'gentleman', Johnson is a member of the VHSL/VHSCA Hall of Fame as well as the Virginia Sports Hall of Fame. Marshall still lives in Richmond and attends the state basketball tournament when able. I believe the VHSL determines the winner of the sportsmanship award that bears his name. Having had the pleasure of knowing Marshall for several years, it is amazing the amount of high schools sports knowledge and info that this man has!

Yes, you have to have made all region to be considered for the Coaches All State Team.

Could someone scan the complete team? Would be interested in which were seniors, juniors, etc. Thanks

We have heard that there were a couple of transfers choosing not to play this season and fewer than 10 seniors (6?) will be on the squad. However, coach Marrs believes that the pieces are still in place for Graham to compete for another playoff berth in region IV. So it should be another interesting season for the G-Men!
