  1. Well, I'm one of the biggest Graham fan there is, I got the opportunity to see both Bluefield and Graham scrimmage. I can honestly say, that neither team lived up to the hype..but I would definitely give Bluefield the upper hand on friday. Unless Graham can get pressure on Bluefield's QB(like Pulaski did).... they're in for a long night...because Graham's secondary can't handle Bluefield's receivers....(they couldn't handle Rockbridge's) and Bluefield's will be much quicker. I think Graham needs to run Henry and Henderson right at Bluefield...try to control the clock as much as possible and keep Bluefield's offense off of the field. With that said, I'm going to say optimistically that Graham will pull it out 28-27
  2. I'm with you on this DAve, although we don't always agree. I spent most of the scrimmage near field level and Pulaski pushed Bluefield around. I was at the Graham vs Rockbridge scrimmage also, and I wasn't that impressed with Graham either. I think Bluefield has potential to beat Graham pretty soundly this season with their speed. PC just was too physical for Bluefield, Graham doesn't bring that physicality to the table this year.
  3. I think the best player should play and that seems to be happening. No offense to any of the seniors, but the underclassmen are more intense and play harder. It seems to me that it was the seniors who were getting burned in the secondary. But I don't want to get in an argument about who is better, they are all a team and I'm sure the coaching staff is going to put the best players out there, whether it be a senior or a sophomore... The only time people think there's "politics" being played is when it's personal to them. Graham's defense needs to step up next week against Bluefield, or they may get blown out, that's my opinion.
  4. Some of you all saw it differently than myself. I personally thought PC pushed bluefield around and bluefield was very lucky to keep it close. 14-10 bluefield... try 16-14...Pulaski...

  7. I already have a Yahoo league formed that only needs a few spots filled. It's a head to head format, with 12 starters and 8 bench players. If interested, I could post the league name and password on here.... anybody interested?
  8. I'd say that you're probably correct. I plan on making the PC Scrimmage, From what I hear, PC will be talented at skill positions, but line will be a big question.
  9. Anybody have any scrimmage info for Graham, Bluefield?
