As pre-season goes ya have to go for Graham.. I'd pick Graham to win, Carroll Co., Tazewell, then Richlands as pre-season goes..

I say the Highlands District is the most competitive because the winner is never announced until the last game like last year or like the year before when it had to go into a championship game just to have the regular season champion..

Virginia High does have a team. They play at Sugar Hollow Rec. Park.. Theyre field is really nice.. I would say Va. High's field or Grahams old field(East River Soccer Complex) was my favorite to play on..

Yea there is an official range for the length and width.. The length is 100-120 yards, and the width is 55-75 yards.. All teams in the SWD play on football fields except for Tazewell..

Not just Richlands, how was everyones 1st day of practice?

To the actual championship game?? No, the closest school to us would be Blacksburg where theyve won it 3 or 4 times. Graham has made it to the tourney many times i think..

Well he was 1st Team SWD and Honorable Mention Region IV. And considering only 3 players made it to at least the Region level from Tazewell last year, he's pretty good..

Yea I still havent voted yet and its my own poll haha.. But we only had pulicity from Chuck in the Clinch Valley News and after he left it all died out.. Bristol does really good with they're newspaper about talking about the local soccer teams. I just wish we had some to do that for SWVA. But from what I rememeber from the past years im leaning towards Graham or Carroll County.. Nothing against Tazewell, but there is still some work from last year..

Who has what it takes this season.

Tech is a surprise to me this season.. Great surprise cause they didnt even make the Big East tourney until theyre last year of play.. and i hope they go on to do good in the ACC Tourney.. Ill be there for the Maryland game to end the season.. I cant wait..

I think it will be close but dont throw out Graham, they always have a good team. Tazewell will need to find a leader but the back line will hold well.. I saw Richlands had a solid JV Goalie which will help them out... And Carroll always has good competition with the middle and shootin to the wings..

Gotta be proud of the ole VA Tech... And 6-6 isnt a "crappy team" especially in the ACC..

Well I think it will grow from Bluefield WV/VA and move towards Tazewell and Richlands.. Hard to tell when Grundy will get it.. The games in SWVA are nothing compared to the games up here.. People basically live to watch soccer up here.. I wish it was like that down at SWVA.

haha i wasnt tryin to say i got it all 4 years cause i didnt.. I got 2nd district my freshman year to Grahams goalie.. 1st district sophmore and junior year.. and 1st team Defense for some reason my Senior year ( Carroll's Keeper got it that year).

What years did he play in because no offense i doubt he got 1st team goalie in the past 4 years..
