Yea I agree..All HS sports are like that though.. I think its really funny when players get 2nd team SW district and 1st team region IV..
-
Tazewell had an off night.. The coaching affected this one with the pitching.. Letting 5 runs in on one inning is too hard to come back from.. They do not make the state playoffs..
-
If abingdon beats hidden valley, I heard the rest of the playoffs would be at Tazewell.. Dont know if its true..
-
i saw where Georgia Tech got to host a super regional when they were 14th in the nation and Washington was 3rd in softball.. dont really understand whats the deciding factor..
-
Wasn't it UVA vs FSU (Not Duke)?? and UVA won..
-
They havent officially came out yet.. Probably be out in June or so..
-
All of those rules are NCAA changes.. i thought someone said it was just a ACC for formations.. its not just ACC, they talked about all of those at a rules clinic I went to..
-
-
Looked like he missed the plate.. Those pictures do not show anything because the plate isn't in any frame.. If there was a plate in the picture you could argue.
-
Winning the coppinger doesnt get them into the playoffs.. Winning the district does. Why waste the best pitcher on a game that cannot advance your team into the playoffs?
-
he didn't play, he was listed on the program as injured.
-
Paulus offered scholarship from Michigan... He's going to compete for the starting QB job..

yea i have class, so ill probably miss the beginning but ive already ranked all my players so wont it just automatically chose the ppl that are left?
-
Try 256-80.. Coach Wyatt took over in the 2004 season and has yet to beat Richlands..
-
The latest series is Richlands +6 not +7...
Tazewell won in 2003 and Richlands won since with one playoff win..
2003 T 12-10
2004 R 21-00
2005 R 27-03
2006 R 61-00
2007 R 49-14
2008 R 14-00
2008 R 28-27
Since 2000 the series is 8-2 Richlands with an overall score of 266-92.
I think the overall series was taken over by Richlands with the playoff win, not for sure though.. Someone should put it on wikipedia haha..

it makes sense.. what kind of lineman would run downfield on a fake fieldgoal?? its always the ends and wings.. In kicking formations there are ALWAYS number exceptions, but the inside guys are still inelgiable due to positioning (being covered up by another player).. and if you run a fake punt on 3rd down and a lineman is downfield then u deserve to be pentalized.. If your punting on 3rd down your either up by alot or u want to pin the other team(which i havent seen in high school football many times), the coaches are just going to have to tell their players not to jump the gun and wait for the kick..
-
That was as of the 20th.. Tech is def out since last night..
-
Saw where Matt Muncy is listed as a TE/FB at Wake, little suprised bout the FB part but I think he would be a solid TE.. Did anyone else from the local area sign anywhere?? Im not around SWVA now so I haven't heard..
