Ive heard Franklin runs the power I like Coeburn used to with Coach Richards, their line is huge.

IMO...I believe Franklin will roll Burton and I believe Powell Valley will win a close one.

Anyone have any predictions on the Franklin-Burton game and the Manassas Park-Powell Valley game?

Dont get me wrong I think Julius is a good back, but lets see what he can do against a good defense. I mean come on he played against the Bears and the Seahawks, what would he do against lets say the Ravens, Steelers, or Patriots D? If he could put up big numbers from them then Ill jump on his bandwagon.

PV will win, if Giles had a tough time with Lebanon, come on PV will win. They are a much better team than Lebanon. Robbins will throw all over that secondary, HOWEVER if Giles keeps it close early and doesnt get behind quickly, they MIGHT have a chance to keep it close and squeek out a win.

I dont understand why in the world did Lebanon quit throwing the ball? Why quit something that Giles obviously couldn't stop? If the weather is sloppy, then it will favor Giles and their single wing, but if it is remotely good weather, Powell Valley will have a field day with their secondary.

Giles is all Ricky Cook #32, thats all their offense is, without him they hardly move the ball, Coach Robbins isnt stupid, he'll watch the game film from Lebanon and he will set a defense to stop Cook and force Giles to throw, and we all know they cant pass that good. If Giles keeps 8 or 9 guys in the box, Robbins will light them up. I mean come on if they couldn't stop Miller from Lebanon, just imagine what kind of numbers Robbins will put up!

clodhopper, you are exactly right, giles could not stop lebanons passing attack, but i guess, just like the majority of all high scholl coaches they decided to try and get the running game going, lebanon would have won if they kept passing, good luck to giles next week, but i think Lebanon-PV would be a better game

havent heard much about rr, but i believe burton will win, burton has not been tested this year in the playoffs, so as long as they can stay focused, i dont see any reason on why they shouldnt win

I filmed the game for ARC tv, and I thought Lebanon outplayed Giles in almost every aspect of the game. I will give credit to Giles, their defense did enough to win. But all the credit for Giles' win should go to # 32 Ricky Cook, without him Lebanon would have rolled Giles. Another thing their secondary better shape up becuse next week they have to go up against one of the best passing teams in the state.
