I think that the Lebanon/Floyd game could be a barn burner. I am not sure about the Clintwood/Holston game. Clintwood could have been the Region D division 2 champs as well.

There are a lot of people on here that do not realize that he has an assistant coach that has been a successful head coach for several years, not to mention that he has coached on the college level. Why not have six divisions and make the numbers a little more fair? We have six state champs as is stands now. What would be the difference. I haven't looked at the numbers yet but I think a fair cut point would be every 350 students. Would that leave enough 1A teams without travel issues?

The "fact" is that you don't know half as much as you seem to. I was at the PH-AB game and it seemed to me that PH ran the spread. Hmm, there is no fullback in that offense. Yes he had some success but he also had some really good players.

I would have to agree with 98Pioneer. I have seen many playoff games over the last 20 years but I would have to agree on the 95 PV-Lebanon game. The were big plays, long drives, defensive stands, hard hitting, and a huge crowd. Plus it was the state-semis. The other game was in 1990 I believe. It was also PV-Lebanon game at Lebanon. I believe it was the first time that PV had trailed all year.

People have the teams they pull for and that is fine. Why all the trash talking on here people? There is no need to bash anyone. Holston is not going 10-0! Let's see how long JB loves there coach after a few more 0-10 seasons or 1-9 seasons. PH will be lucky to win 2 more games. Abingdon looks like they aren't going to make the playoffs either. No bashing required!
